The twin helper package can be installed on the AM-203IT and AM-204IT Pro Series tyre machines and is designed to help with extremely stiff sidewall and run flat tyres.

The pneumatic powered Left and Right assist arms provides unparalleled power robotic power, allowing the operator to keep both hands free during the tyre changing operation.

On the Left arm the elbow jointed rotating bead press arm exerts an enormous amount of pressure on the sidewall of the tyre so the operator can mount or demount the most difficult tyres.

On the right arm the oversized polyurethane bead roller moves easily across the horizontal slides to the correct position over the bead of the tyre. This bead roller exerts a downward pressure on the bead so the bead stays below the rim lip as it passes over the mount/demount head.

Each arm has a separate toggle control valve that allows the operator to position the arm assembly to the correct height and then move the attachments (up or down) individually by applying air pressure and forcing the stiff sidewall part of the tyre either on or off the rim

The pneumatic power cylinder in each arm produces sufficient power to allow the properly positioned bead depressors to exert both upward and downward pressure (depending if you are mounting or demounting) on the sidewall of the tyre.

The lifting disc’s on each assist arm exerts an amount of controlled pressure to gently force the lower bead up into the wheel cavity..
