Fleet Tyres Pokeno

We recently completed a full workshop equipment installation for Fleet Tyres Pōkeno, supplying and installing a premium range of Corghi and Powerrex machinery to support high-volume passenger, alignment, and heavy vehicle work.

The workshop was fitted with the Corghi A2025TI MI tyre changer paired with the Corghi EM9550 Plus wheel balancer with laser line, delivering fast, accurate tyre servicing for modern passenger vehicles. For advanced wheel alignment capability, Fleet Tyres Pōkeno also installed the Corghi Exact Linear Plus 3D wheel aligner, ensuring precise measurements and consistent alignment results.

To support commercial and heavy vehicle operations, the workshop includes the Corghi HD500 Plus truck and bus tyre changer, providing safe and efficient handling of large-diameter wheels.

Vehicle lifting is handled by a combination of the Corghi Erco HC4502 two-post hoist and the Powerrex SL-6000A four-post alignment lift, giving the team flexibility across servicing, repairs, and alignment work.

This installation delivers a well-rounded, future-proof setup that allows Fleet Tyres Pōkeno to confidently service everything from passenger cars through to trucks and buses, with equipment designed for accuracy, durability, and workshop efficiency.
