The HC4502 with better design and functionality in order to create a longer-lasting, safer and more productive lift.
Includes the option to install asymmetrically for better door opening, or symmetrically for better drive through clearance.
Industry leading 1980mm lifting height allows for tall technicians to stand comfortably under the vehicle and 3000-3200mm clearance between the posts (Width is adjustable by 200mm )
The main columns are made from one piece of full length steel, with an 8 fold bending structure & internally built in reinforcement to provide maximum rigidity and strength.
The large base plate (650mmx350mm) is made from 20mm thick steel, has four supporting brackets welded to the base of the column & is secured to the floor by 8 true bolts.
Nylon carriage slider blocks are made from wear resistant & maintenance free material for long life and low service cost.
For added safety the lifts carriages are 1800mm long to provide extra stability and load distribution over a larger area of the column.
On each carriage there are two rubber protector pads to prevent damage to opening car doors.
A parachute valve is installed in each cylinder for added safety encase of hydraulic failure, to control fluid flow and decent speed.
The adjustable width cross beam allows for narrow or wide installation options. .
The four three stage arms are made from 8mm thick steel and fitted with long life durable rubber lifting pads.
At full extension the arms provide 1750mm of reach to allow safe lifting of small cars, American classic cars with narrow chassis, or extra-large commercial vehicles .
The standard height of 4,050mm to the top cross bar allows for most cars and 4×4 vehicles to be lifted to full height, and optional 600mm or 1200mm extensions available for extra large high roof vans.

We ship all heavy equipment by freight truck and most accessories/spare parts by courier.
Most lifts are delivered on a curtain-sider truck (which may require a forklift to unload), while most tyre changers and balancers are delivered on a tail-lifter truck.
If you don’t have one, we can arrange a HIAB delivery for an additional cost.
We can also arrange installation on request.
